Monitoring and Evaluation Department

The Department shall be responsible for the following, among others:

  • Staff Performance Evaluation;
  • Develop appropriate Performance Appraisal Mechanisms for all categories of staff;
  • Evaluation of Performance and Service Delivery across the University;
  • Carry out Needs Assessment of various Units in the University;
  • Facilitate the conduct of Tracer Studies by departments and faculties;
  • Conduct Exit Polls for Staff and Students; and,
  • Undertake periodic Evaluation of University Policies and Strategies for Institutional Transformation.
